Great location. The hotel was recently built and everything works just fine. The cleaning staff was really sweet, efficient, and well-mannered. The rooms, albeit small, have all the required amenities, and they are impeccably clean.

There were a few things that could be improved. The staff at reception was not very welcoming, and there were some leaks in the bathroom. Some rooms had an unpleasant smell, and there was construction going on in the property, which we weren't informed of at the time of booking. Moreover, the use of passcode doors is not very reassuring in terms of security.
